Overview

Consult-PRO is the leader in dental patient education and as a leader they were in need of a modern day iPad app so that they could easily manage their patients and their video education assets. 

Process

As the lead UX designer I was tasked with gathering insights into dental office needs and pain points as well and patient understandings of treatment and clinical management. After analyzing user insights I then moved on to conceptualizing the solution vision and interface. Secondary user feedback sessions were run before final production ready deliverable were finalized.
