Overview

As a leader in dental enterprise software Consult-PRO Reporting was an essential addition to its application suite. The scope of the product had to be robust with an intuitive user experience with financial insights into office and staff as well as patients. 

Process

As the Lead UX Designer my processes involved one on one interviews with key stakeholders as well as multi level users. Analyzing and defining user journeys and tasks of each user persona. In depth usability testing and gorilla testing. Designing for multi platform applications including mobile, web, and legacy applications. Supporting engineering with live html/css prototypes and click through prototypes. Working closely with product management and engineering from concepts through to completion and QA reviews.
